Mindfulness and Wellbeing day at Callerton Academy.
'Mindfulness means paying full attention to something. It means slowing down to really notice what you're doing'.
Starting the day off with a walk to Exhibition Park to complete a short run, followed by a cool down and time to take in the nature around us. Back to school for a carousel of mindful and wellbeing activities including Skipping, Yoga, Mindful tips workshop and finished with Guest reader Dan Smith. Great day had by staff and students.
