Our Temporary Home

Callerton Academy opened for the first 120 Year 7 students in September 2021 in a newly refurbished and reconfigured school in Newcastle’s Graingertown. Callerton Academy will be situated here until the new permanent site opens.

Gosforth Group and Newcastle City Council are delighted to be able to offer free transport between the permanent site and the temporary accommodation. This will be in the form of a coach for some pupils or a public transport travel pass.
