Admissions for Year 7 at our school are handled directly by the Newcastle City Council. Below, you will find all the necessary information, including our admissions policy.

We are delighted that you are considering applying for a place at our school. Newcastle City Council co-ordinate all admissions to Callerton Academy from primary schools, please consult the Newcastle City Council website for help and support with applying for a school place if your child is in Year 6. Below you will find all of the information you need to do this, including our admissions policy.

There is a right for people to object about the policy to the Schools Adjudicator (OSA). See the Schools Adjudicator website for more information on how to do this.

We follow the admissions appeal timetables set by the local authority of the academy.
